A true hero and a true inspiration, Eric brings nearly 20 years of personal training experience to our fitness team.
He is a former New York City Fire Lieutenant. His extensive fitness background and firefighting experience have made him a great asset to the Fire Academy’s elite Health & Fitness unit, where he has not only served as an instructor, but helped to develop the FDNY’s physical ability test. It was through this experience that he was inspired to create the ever popular “Action Firefighters Workout”, a boot camp style workout using the strenuous drills that mimic the strength, endurance and agility exercises that are designed for new recruits.
