Janel developed a passion for yoga while searching for an outlet from her stressful corporate job. A friend recommended The Omega Institute, an educational wellness, movement and mindfulness retreat. After attending a one week program, she was left with an enriching introduction to mind-body therapies.
In 2007, Janel left her job and decided to focus on yoga. She soon discovered Thai Bodywork, and the many benefits it provided, so she decided to become a practitioner.
